Chilco Diversified Inc. was launched in 2009 after 10 years of fulfilling various rolls on the contracting side of the business and 12 years working directly for Sika. Chilco Diversifed has since been established as the premier rep firm for concrete and masonry construction, restoration and protection.

We only represent the premier specialty chemicals, systems and accessories that specifiers and contractors rely on to meet the needs of their demanding projects.

Owner Mike Childress has spent the last 35 years in the concrete and masonry repair and protection industry. Prior to starting ChilCo Diversified LLC, he held several positions with the Sika Corporation over his tenure of 12 years, including Technical Service Manager for the Central US Region and Technical Service Manager for Sika’s line of Structural Strengthening Systems. The last 20 years has been spent managing the Ohio territory as the area’s Technical Sales Representative. Michael is active in many trade associations, including the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI) serving as past president Northern Ohio Chapter, American Concrete Institute (ACI), Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) and the Cleveland Engineering Society.

Markets served by ChilCo Diversified include: Restoration and new construction of concrete and masonry structures, including industrial, transportation, water and waste water facilities and distribution, parking garages, stadiums, condominiums, high-rises, tunnels, dams, and power.
